Action in the Hennepin County District Court brought by Byron G. Shaffer and Donald A. Severson to enjoin collection pursuant to certain letters of credit, issued by First National Bank of Minneapolis and delivered by plaintiffs to defendants Brooklyn Park Garden Apartments, Hork Properties, Inc., and Larry Hork. Allegedly the letters had been assigned to defendant, Wayzata Bank & Trust Company. Following a hearing, the court, Harold Kalina, Judge, ordered the temporary restraining orders which had issued against defendants and the First National Bank to be dissolved, and plaintiffs appealed from said order.
